{This Moment} See Beautiful: LittleBear’s Eyes
Today we are participating in the
{This Moment} See Beautiful Blog Hop hosted by Sugar the Golden Retriever
every 2nd Friday of the month.
Back in June, it was the first anniversary of the hop
and Sugar gave away some very special prizes.
Well, we ended up winning “The Soul of the Dog” Dog’s Eye painting by Sheila Wedegis.
We chose to have her paint LittleBear’s eyes.
He is no longer with us, but he was our heart and soul.
He was an only dog for the first part of his life with us,
and even though we love our current two very, very much,
he was our “once in a lifetime dog”.
We saw beautiful every time we looked into his big brown eyes.
So many tearful, heartfelt thank yous to both Sugar and Sheila
for this very special painting.

Mom says each dog is so very different. She loves us all so much be we each have a different spot in her heart. Lovely eyes in the photo.
What a beautiful painting to remind you of your heart dog. He must have been a wonderful dog. Love the name LittleBear.
His eyes are beautiful. So sorry for your loss.

I love that! Eyes of a dog are the most beautiful.
Little Bear’s eyes were most beautiful and soulful….congratulations on winning this wonderful painting.
My peeps very first pet (37 years ago) was a mighty mini Doxie named Toto. Evidently he was a character too…they still tell Toto stories. Mom said he and Milky-way (their first cat) paved the way to their hearts for me #3 pet. And I’m lucky
